Innisfree Red Kiwi Capsule Recipe Pack Review

Lately, I’ve developed a love for the Korean skincare routine. I’ve been watching videos, reading posts about this hyped K-beauty skincare regimen. I’ve actually bought a few products from ongoing sale and will do a post about it soon! Anyways, I’m sharing my experience with Innisfree Red Kiwi Capsule Recipe Pack, which I bought recently.

It’s a face pack cum wash-off scrub. I love kiwis, so when I saw this variant, I knew I had to get it! So without further chit-chatting, let’s get into the review…

Innisfree Red Kiwi Capsule Recipe Pack Review

I don’t need to elaborate about Innisfree further as it’s a popular Korean skincare brand that makes 100% natural skincare products. And not to mention how much beauty bloggers rave about it. Innisfree is available at Nykaa and usually at a good discount too. This face pack comes in n variants, so there’s so much to choose from. I picked this one up because red kiwi tempted me  🙂  I also went by the good reviews of it.

It comes in a little brown tub with a brown cap with the brand logo and the product name. At the bottom, price and other details are there, and also there’s a flip page which contains ingredients list and usage directions. Upon removing the cap, there’s a seal to protect the tub from contamination.

It has a sweet fragrance of fig, which is not overpowering. The face pack is off-white with a thick, creamy consistency with black kiwi seeds. The seeds are meant for exfoliation.

So as per the instructions, I applied Innisfree Red Kiwi Capsule Recipe Pack on my slightly damp face and lightly massaged it. I tried exfoliating, but the kiwi seeds were kind of abrasive to the skin, so I won’t recommend scrubbing at all. After applying, I left it for 15 minutes and then washed it off with plain water.

My face felt soft, supple, and deeply hydrated. My skin looked even-toned. Most of all, it looked healthy. I didn’t need a moisturizer after using this face pack. I have oily skin, so I don’t prefer hydrating face masks as my skin already produces heaps of oil. This didn’t make my skin greasy at all. After an hour, my t-zone became oily. Thankfully, it didn’t give me any breakout.

This mask will work well on dehydrated and dry skin. It would greatly suit dry and combination skin. This cute lil‘ tub will last 4-5 times, and when it gets finished, I could use this tub for storage. I’m excited to try out its other variants Bija & Tea Tree and Volcanic Clay, once this finishes.

  1. I just picked up their sheet masks and I’m loving it. The capsule masks sound amazing as well. But they definitely are rather quite pricey.
