My Experience with Flower Beauty Flower Pots Powder Blush

The blush arrives safely packed in a plastic outer packaging. If you’re ordering this product online, the chances of getting a broken product are really minimized thanks to the sturdy outer packaging.

The blush comes in a standard compact powder format with a clear plastic lid. The shade name is mentioned very clearly on the back. I like the subtle gold details, they give the product a rich look. The packaging is lightweight, sleek, and travel-friendly.

I highly appreciate that this Flower Beauty blush does not have any fragrance to it. I am not particularly sensitive to fragranced makeup, but I know that many people are. All the Flower Beauty blushes have been pressed into a beautiful rose shape, which looks very pretty.

The formula of this blush blew my mind away. It is extremely soft to touch. It is not very powdery, and there’s not a lot of fallout. Another thing that I really like is that when you swirl your brush in the pan, the flower shape does not disappear. This is a sign of a really high-quality product.

Warm Hibiscus looks like a peachy pink shade with gold shimmer in the pan. On the skin, however, it is not too shimmery. If you enjoy the look of a shimmery blush, that can easily be achieved by building up the product. The pigmentation is just perfect. The formula is not patchy and blends like a dream. Also, drum roll, the shade Warm Hibiscus is a bang-on dupe for the famous NARS Orgasm blush.

I love that this shade is suitable for a vast majority of skin tones. Except for very deep skin tones, it’ll flatter cheeks of every color. I like to apply it on the apples on the cheeks, from where I blend it outwards towards my temples and into my hairline. I also apply a little bit on the tip of my nose and my chin for a more cohesive look.

Despite being shimmery, I find it to be suitable for the daytime. The shimmer also eliminates the need to wear a highlighter for a basic daytime look.

The blush wears fairly well. It stays on for 6-7 hours on me before noticeably fading. The shimmer particles are extremely fine and not chunky at all. They get dispersed on the skin evenly and do not enhance texture. Also, the pigment and the shimmer in this blush is mixed very thoroughly. So when it fades, it fades pretty uniformly.

At around $11, I don’t think that it is the most affordable blush out there. However, the quantity offered is pretty decent. Moreover, the product performs at par with high-end products. I think that it is worth trying.
