Bonjour beautiful! As you know we’re slowly bidding adieu to summer. Winter is about to arrive and I can already feel the chill in Delhi’s weather.

I’ll miss taking cold showers during summer, not to mention the iced drinks. What will you miss about summer? When you finish reading this post, share it with me.

Today, I’m here with another face pack from Innisfree: the Innisfree Bija & Tea Tree Capsule Recipe Pack. I previously reviewed its Red Kiwi Capsule Recipe Pack, which was hydrating. Now, this one is clay-based and offers different skincare benefits. To know more, let’s head forward to my review.

Innisfree Bija & Tea Tree Capsule Recipe Pack Review

If you read my blog regularly, you will know that I tried and reviewed the Red Kiwi face pack before. It comes in a brown little tub with a brown cap which has the brand logo and the product name. At the bottom, price and other details are there, and there’s also a flip page that contains an ingredient list and usage directions. Upon removing the cap, there’s a seal to protect the tub from contamination. It smells like clay and paint with a hint of citrus and has a thick texture. The fragrance is quite distinct, and I’m not sure if everyone will like it. It is a wash-off pack, unlike other variants like the sleeping pack, scrub pack, etc. Many of us might be aware of Tea Tree but it’s the first time I’ve heard of ‘Bija’. After doing my research I got to know that Bija is a rare ingredient that can only be used after it has survived 20 years in the wild. Interesting, isn’t it?

So I apply this face pack after washing my face while it’s still damp. Since it’s a clay face pack it dries up pretty quickly and gives the stretchy feeling. Still, I put it on for at least 10 minutes. It washes off easily leaving no residue or layer behind. It makes my skin supple and glowing with no oiliness. Clay can dry up the skin so a moisturizer is compulsory after using this. It deeply cleanses the pores and my skin looks refreshed. I feel a cooling sensation on my skin due to the tea tree. This mask comes in handy when I have acne and it soothes the breakouts.

Pros:

  • Cute tub packaging
  • Made of natural ingredients
  • Cleanses the skin deeply
  • Leaves skin smooth and bright
  • Soothes pimples and breakouts

Cons:

  • Pricey for the quantity offered

Final Word: Innisfree Bija & Tea Tree Capsule Recipe Pack is a clay-based pack that moisturizes the skin, leaving it soft, smooth and deeply cleansed. It helps me soothe my breakouts and skin looks brighter after each use. Since this is a small tub, it will last for 3-4 times more. It will suit oily skin the most, but any skin type can use this, provided that they use a hydrating moisturizer afterward, as clay can leave skin dry. I also got another variant, Rice

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Have you tried any other variant that gave you glowing skin? Please recommend! I’ve also got another variant, Rice Capsule Recipe Pack which I’ll review soon.
