I have previously raved about the Wet n Wild MegaGlo Highlighting Powder. The next product in my vanity belonging to the same brand is the Wet n Wild Coloricon Eyeshadow palette. I own this eyeshadow palette in Rose In The Air.

The cover lid of the pan fits tightly and securely. However, keep the palette safe as it can easily break in contact with the hard floor.

- Texture
The texture of the eyeshades is commendable. Besides gliding on like butter, the shades are really well-pigmented and smooth.
The palette contains 8 matte shades and 2 metallic shades for creative eye makeup looks. The soft matte shades can create impeccably blended eye makeup. The shimmery hues are great for highlighting the brow bones and opening the eyes’ inner corner. They can also be used as an eyeshadow topper.
The shades look good on all skin tones and are universally flattering. From my personal experience with the palette – the shades come across as well-pigmented compared to other palettes in the same price range.
I have a medium skin tone with a green undertone, and shades have worked stunningly on my eyes. But not all the shades in the pan are high performance. Out of the 10 shades, only 8 have of them hold up to the quality. The dark magenta shade swatches great on the hand but loses the pigment while being applied to the eyelid. It takes 3-4 applications for the magenta color to come across on the eyes. Keeping that one shade aside, the palette has a lot to offer in its price range – you can create some really stunning makeup looks by yourself or by using guidelines in the back of the pan.
- Blendability
The eyeshadows blend really well on the eyelids. They glide on smoothly and blend well with other eyeshadows and into the crease lines. It can be blended using the heat from the fingers and with the help of precise eye brushes.
I would advise using good-quality eye brushes. You will have to apply a few shades two or three times to bring out the pigment, but that is understandable because of the low price range.
- Longevity
You can approximate the product’s longevity to 5-6 hours and 7-8 hours with an eye primer as the base. For an eyeshadow palette belonging to the low-mid range category, the longevity is commendable. The pan itself can last you good 2-3 months, depending on your usage.

Rose In The Air palette contains 10 gorgeous and stunning eyeshades which can be used to create beautiful eye looks. Most of the shades provided in the palette are well pigmented and easily blendable using good quality brushes. However, 2-3 shades in the palette might not work on the first application. For a product priced so low in the market, it does seem to stand alone in the crowd for its quality and performance.
