Khadi Mint and Cucumber Face Freshener : Review

Khadi Mint and Cucumber Face Freshener : Review

Hola cutie pies! Isn’t summers going bad? It just started now and look how hot it already is! It makes me use less makeup and limit it to just BB cream and a sheer layer of lipstick, and that’s all!

After few hours, I can imagine how ashy and dull my face looks, and then I need something refreshing! I take it out of my purse and spritz it all over my face. It’s Khadi Mint and Cucumber Face Freshener. It’s basically a facial spray, and I love using it, so here goes my review on it…

Price: Rs. 95/- for 100 ml

About Khadi Face Freshener:
Freshens up the face by removing dirt and cleaning pores. Active herbs like neem and basil protect the skin from germs. Makes skin soft and fresh instantly.

Ingredients: Mint, cucumber water, basil leaves, neem leaves, wheat germ, rose petals, base QS.

Packaging:
Since it’s a face spray, so it comes in a plastic bottle with a spraying pump that dispenses out the product. You can also open the cap by screwing it. It is not all flimsy, but sometimes the transparent cap can be loose and opened on its own.

My Experience:
This face freshener looks green on the bottle and comes out as a pale green liquid. The color is quite artificial. As directed, I spray it all over my face and then dab it with a tissue or my handkerchief/towel. It smells herbal and minty, which is a bit overpowering; however, it fades away after a while. It soothes my face with a cool and fresh sensation. It’s because mint and cucumber present as ingredients.

When I wipe it off, I can see dirt and grime on the tissue. Also, my face looks a lot cleaner than before. It didn’t break me out, and I can use it as much as I want. I use it as a facial mist before going out, and also, when my skin feels tired, it’s my go-to product for this summer!

Pros:
  •   Freshens up the face instantly.
  • Contains natural ingredients.
  • The price tag is quite affordable.
  • Collects dirt and grime when wiped with a tissue.

Cons:
  • The smell might be overpowering for some and especially sensitive noses.

Final Word:
If you’re looking for an affordable and natural face freshener, I recommend you this. In this heating summer, this is the product you should keep in your bag and use for instant freshness.

Rating:
4.5/5 (-5 for the smell)
