Hello cuties! We must have been experiencing the first chill of winter by now and look how fast this weather is changing! Well, I should stop ranting about the weather and come back to the review now! I’ll share my experience with Sivanna Colors Shining Stars Shimmer Brick in shade 05. I’m enjoying using it every day. Sivanna is a Korean makeup brand that makes dupes for high end brands and that too in top notch quality. Keep reading how this highligher lights up my face!

Sivanna Shimmer Highlighter comes in a black plastic case. It isn’t flimsy or cheap at all. It shuts with a click.
My Experience: I’m a novice at highlighting and this is undoubtedly my first shimmer highlighter. Out of many shades ranging from light to dark, I chose this one for my warm skin tone.
It has 5 shades from top; first one is a pink champagne color, second one is a pink color, third one is muted orange with pink undertones, fourth one is an orangish gold and fifth, the last one is reddish coral shade which is very flattering. All these shades are hell pigmented and shimmery!
Texture is very powdery and not chalky. It spreads well and gets evenly distributed on skin. I use powder brush and sometimes fingers for application. It gives a glow to my cheeks which looks natural. It looks best when applied at night and love how hot my face looks with this highligher on. Caking on too much powder may make you look like an oil can so be consistent and less is more. I even use it as an eye shadow and sometimes blush. It stays around for 3-4 hours and after that it sort of oxidizes. Quick dusting of loose powder enhances its staying power.

Final Word: I wonder why haven’t I came across this highlighter earlier. It’s so good, affordable, and in good quality. It is a multipurpose highlighter which fits every makeup need! There are many shades to choose from so go get it!
