Hey, lovelies! What’s getting on for you these days? If you ask me, I’ve recently got admission for Master’s in my university and since it’s the beginning days, I’m sort of focusing on my college and studies.
I do miss my blog, catching up on my blogger friends’ posts, and exploring new blogs. A lot of ideas are getting across my mind and sometimes I feel too lazy to jot them down. Happens with a lot of us, right?
So today, without further ado I’m going to review a soap, Kozicare Skin Whitening Soap, which claims to whiten skin. First things first, I’m not into the ‘fairness’ games and it was my curiosity that led me to get this. Let’s move on to the review now. 🙂
About the product: A skin whitening soap which contains kojic acid, Arbutin, Vitamin C & Vitamin E. It provides moisturized skin, Anti-aging properties, and Sunscreen protection. It also helps for all types of hyperpigmented skin.
Price: Rs. 85/- for 75 g
Ingredients: Kojic Acid, Vitamin C, Arbutin, Vitamin E, Talc, Perfume
Kozicare Skin Whitening Soap Review
This soap comes in white cardboard packaging which has all the product details. Inside, it’s sealed in a plastic wrapper.
This white-colored soap has a strong perfume fragrance but doesn’t linger after showering.
Due to the raging summer, my hands and legs got tanned awfully. So, I was looking for a quick fix to get rid of it. The ingredient that attracted me to buy it was the Kojic acid which limits melanin production in the skin and helps fights pigmentation.
This soap produces enough lather to cleanse the skin. The lather is creamy and it looks like it cleans the skin pretty well. I faced no issues while rinsing it off. It gets rinsed off easily without leaving a slippery feel behind.
This soap left my skin moisturized and soft. I didn’t notice any special results after using this soap. It only does the basic task of soap – to cleanse the skin.
After drying my skin, I witnessed itchiness and irritation on my legs. I thought it was just a seasonal irritation. Then, I used another soap but faced no such problem. I again used this soap and my legs started irritating. Hence, I figured out it was due to the perfume in it. So if you’re allergic or have sensitive skin I won’t recommend it.
Final Word I bought this soap out of curiosity and it just didn’t work for me. It didn’t lighten my skin or gave such an effect. Though it cleanses skin deeply, leaves the skin soft and supple, I don’t like it for the reason it irritates my skin. So if you’re allergic to perfume or have sensitive skin I won’t recommend it.

Have you used Kozicare Skin Whitening Soap? Has any skin whitening soap worked out for you?
Sounds like an average product! It’s shame that it doesn’t work well. Nice review!!
Ouch ! Allergic shower product..not a good idea !! Thanks for sharing!
Congrats on getting admission for masters in university. I too have been dreaming to do masters for a long time 🙂 Nice review…
Huge congratulations for getting into Masters and all the very best Mariyam. You’re such a lovely person and I wish you all the success.
I am not into whitening my skin as there is worldwide craze for getting bronzed. Our Indian Beauty Industry has always been biased towards fair skin which is a shame and I hate when brands come up with such products. I like to take care of my skin and make it healthier .
Thanks for amazing and honest reviews as always.

Hey congrats and good luck for your Masters! 🙂
Quite a misleading product! Thanks for your honest review. This is a skip for me as I have sensitive skin.
Thank you so much 😀
