I’m feeling a lot sleepy these days since I’m staying up late and waking up early. Just to balance my sleeping pattern so I can fall asleep easily.
Starting with today’s review, it’s on Himalaya Herbals Natural Glow Fairness Cream which I bought in my recent mini shopping haul.

Himalaya Herbals Natural Glow Fairness Cream comes in a tube which is sleek and long making it easy to use and carry. The tube is pink and white with a green-colored screw cap upon it. I find this kind of packaging cute.
My Experience with Himalaya Herbals Natural Glow Fairness Cream
I have oily skin, to begin with. This cream has a powder and cream-based mixed texture which gives out a matte finish after applying. It’s not greasy at all.
It has a herbal fragrance in it which goes away after a few minutes. I noticed a subtle and dewy glow on my skin but it didn’t make me instantly fair because it does not contain bleach.
The best part is, it didn’t leave a white cast on my dusky skin and evened out my skin. However, the glow fades away within 1 hour. It claims to be non-greasy and it’s true. My face started getting oily after 3 hours without any grease.
My face looked dull after 4 hours maybe because of the hot and humid weather. On normal and dry skins, it will last longer.
I applied this cream once a day in the morning for many weeks and I noticed it reduced blemishes not completely but to some extent.
It contains Alfalfa which inhibits melanin synthesis and Saffron, which we all know lightens the skin color. This cream doesn’t show result instantly and takes time.
It’s suitable for wearing at home as its fairness effects are not long-lasting. But I would still prefer it because it’s free from parabens. I will continue to use it until I see big results.

- Non-greasy on the skin depending on the weather.
- Will suit every skin except the extremely dry ones.
- Reduced my blemishes to some extent.
Cons:
- The matte finish stays up to 2 hours max.
- Makes face dull if you have very oily skin.
Final Word If you’re scared of using chemical-based cream on your skin, then go for this cream. The results may show up slowly but it works! It’s a paraben and bleach-free fairness cream. It would suit normal, oily and combination skin the most. It gives a glowing, matte finish but is not suitable for humid weather though.

Ahhh….I do not use cream which shouts fairness on their label because they mostly do harm than good. But i trust himalaya because they dont use harmful chemicals in their products. It seems like a good brightening cream but takes too much time to show up results. Nice review dear and I hope you soon get the results 🙂

Try to use eyerid serum i am also using that same product and I love this Glow Serum, it's make my skin looks and feels younger. My dark spots are almost gone, and I will have to me my next bottle soon. Give it a try you will agree with me also.
If it makes face dull for people with oily skin, I guess I need not try this. I too have oily skin.
Yeah it makes skin appear dull and dark so its suitable only for applying whenever you're at home or as a night cream.
i have combination sensitive skin after post pregnancy n csection as of now 7 months…my skin turned from wheatish fair to dusky ..i am using himalaya kesar facewash i want to try this product i wish i could get my skin tone back in short time..thanks for ur review..Any other best cream for my skin type friends plz refer..
For a serious pigmentation like this, I would suggest u to use natural products like kumkumadi tailam. I've heard that it removes tans and bad marks on face. Just be sure to purchase a good one! Also regularly follow CTM routine, drink water as much as you can and use a greater SPF sunscreen.
i only get to know about this cream,will buy one for my self and start using it right away,since my country climate is humid,but they only sell it at the pharmacy bit expensive for my currency but its worth a try!!!!!

I used this cream for 2 days and i have gotten rash which is also increasing , idk if its gonna get better

Your skin appears to be reacting to the cream. I recommend you stop using it immediately. To soothe rashes, apply a cooling aloe vera gel to your skin.
