APS Cosmetofood Activated Organic Spring Water Review

Hello, beautiful babes ❤ How many times did you use makeup remover to remove your makeup and loathed the way it feels on your skin. Sticky? Smelly? Harsh? Chemical-like? Yes. I like wearing makeup from time to time but when it’s the end of the day, I have to remove it and that process is just so tedious. First I have to apply the makeup remover, then massage it and clean with the cotton pad. The process doesn’t end here. Moreover, I had to wash my face too to get rid of makeup debris.

Finding a makeup remover that suits skin and doesn’t feel harsh on the skin is a tough task. Recently, through June’s Fab Bag, I got to know about APS Cosmetofood Activated Organic Spring Water, which is an organic spring water meant for cleansing, removing makeup and toning. Spring waters are relaxing and beneficial to skin and I wanted one seriously. After using it for 2 months, here’s my opinion about it…

About the product: It’s not a toner, it’s not a cleansing milk. It’s definitely a face wash. APS Cosmetofood Activated Organic Spring Water is a skin care product that removes makeup and cleanses the skin, without the need for rinsing. When you apply the product to your skin, the cleansing agents come into contact with oil and dirt on your face, allowing them to be swept away quickly and efficiently.

The first thing I love about this spring water is its packaging. It comes in a plastic bottle with a pump dispenser which makes the makeup removal process easier. The overall packaging looks like that of a high-end brand. The spring water smells like a cologne and I personally do not like this particular smell as it’s overpowering. I take 2 pumps of this product on a cotton pad and gently massage my face with it. Afterward, I leave it for few seconds so as to dissolve makeup and then wipe off with the cotton pad.

Now comes the best part: I don’t need to wash my face afterward. This spring water is alone to cleanse the skin without needing water anymore. It cleanses my face amazingly without leaving any traces of makeup. My skin looks and feels healthy and hydrated. It moisturizes my oily skin in a good way. This product is vegan and cruelty-free which I give thumbs for. Most of its ingredients are organic which I prefer in my skin care products. It doesn’t sting or burn on the skin and in fact, gives a cooling sensation after using.

  • Smooth packaging
  • Cruelty-free
  • Is vegan
  • Removes every trace of makeup
  • Soothes the skin
  • Didn’t give me breakouts

  • It has an overpowering fragrance of cologne.

Final Word: I love using this spring water for the fact that it’s a multi purpose product. I use it as a makeup remover, cleanser, and a toner.  There’s no need to use water after using it so it comes handy especially while travelling when you don’t have access to water. Only the thing which puts me off is its strong smell, and I think there wasn’t any need of using Parfum as an ingredient. Besides it, it cleanses makeup well and leaves skin hydrated.
