She washes her hair once every four days. She is blessed with thick hair thanks to her genes. She uses dry shampoo after 2-3 days of washing hair. For us, it sounds unpractical to leave hair unwashed for 4 days but I think it’s good to let hair breathe.

If your mind and body are healthy, it will show on your face. Selena had a hard time dealing with autoimmune disease lupus and breakup with Justin Bieber. It took her a while to get back on track and to realize that stress is the cause of every problem. So key to beauty is to exercise, eat healthy whole foods and think positive and not  to rely on those high-end creams that costs a fortune!


If her hair has been feeling dry, she applies a leave-in conditioner after washing and leaves it in a braid overnight. 
 
Steam is always good for skin
She likes to take her time in shower and always prefers a hot bath which opens up her pores. She turns it into a steam room and this way her skin gets to breathe. Then she uses body scrub to exfoliate her skin.
 
She believes in minimal makeup 
According to her mom and grandmother, less is more when it comes to makeup. She never likes to look like she’s caked up in makeup. Her makeup artist mixes foundation with moisturizer and she only uses one layer. Can you believe that? That’s how naturally beautiful her skin is. She likes to prefer matte finish makeup unless she’s on a red carpet where she needs to look all glowing and lit up. I’ve never seen Selena out of shape and she manages to stay fit always. She works out first thing when she wakes up in the morning.
