Biotique Face Washes and Cleansers

Biotique Bio Pineapple Oil Control Foaming Cleansing Gel – Review

A big hi to everyone! As the summer is blooming, the scorching heat is taking over everybody outside. So I’m deciding staying in here safe and thinking to spend my day writing a review.

So my review today is on a Biotique product, Bio Pineapple Oil Control Foaming Face Cleanser. As the name suggests, it’s a face cleanser plus also a make up removing cleanser. It suits normal to oily skin.

Price: INR 149/-

You can see that it contains natural and botanical extracts. This is what attracted me to buy it.

To use: Gently massage over the face and neck with fingertips, lather and rinse, morning and evening.

My Experience: Packaging is quite simple but I should not judge it by its packaging. It is cylindrical bottle type and when I opened, it has got a screw cap and a hole to take out the cleanser.

This foaming face cleanser is light yellow colored and has a mild fragrance of pineapple which is very tempting. It’s a mild face cleanser for oily skin so when I used it, I got a slippery feeling and it was sort of hard for me to rinse it off. It takes a lot of time to be rinsed off completely. It didn’t really foamed much. I used 2-3 drops and it was enough for the whole face. After that, my skin was oil free for almost 2 and a half hours. It also left my skin smooth and hides blemishes.
Note that if you use too much, you can get a dry, patchy skin after washing. Follow it up by a toner and moisturizing is must. It’s an ayurvedic product and it says it’s not a cosmetic product and therefore got therapeutic properties.
I’m using it from 4 months and I’m quite satisfied with it. I’m not sure if it can break out, just depends on the person’s skin. It cleans the face thoroughly but can be a little drying if used too much.
I use this morning and at night.

● Cleans away the grime and dirt out of the face.
● Best for oily-skinned beauties.
● Contains natural extracts and free from chemicals so it’s a safer option.
● Removes makeup pretty well.
● Leaves skin smooth and blemish free.

● It takes a lot of time to rinse off.
● Can leave a dry and patchy skin when more quantity is used.
● Can sting in contact of eyes.
● Not suited for dry skin.

Final Word: After using it for months, I’m quite satisfied with this face cleanser as it does its cleansing job well and keeps the skin oil free for at least 2 hours. Dry skinned girls, don’t try this ever. This product is natural too so it’s totally harmless and worth purchasing.
